Test Day Procedures & Help

Bring your LibCal reservation with you.

  • Save your LibCal reservation confirmation email. You must bring this confirmation email, along with your GatorOne Card, and show these when you come to the 2nd-floor Circulation Desk to check out the key.

Arrive at your reservation time to check out the key from the 2nd Floor Circulation Desk.

  • You can check out the key after your reservation starts, but you cannot get the key before your reservation time.

Plan ahead to leave on time.

  • You can return the key before your reservation ends, but you cannot keep the key or use the booth later than your reservation time.

When leaving the booth, log out of the workstation and shut the door.

  • You will need to log out of the workstation and leave the booth by the end of your reservation period.
  • Close the door firmly behind you, make sure it is locked, and return the key to the Circulation Desk.
  • Fines are charged for late return of the proctoring booth key.
