Room requests that fit the purpose of the room will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, information literacy instruction that is requested at least two weeks in advance will take precedence over prior reservations. In this event, other appointments will need to be rescheduled/relocated.

Hold Reservations
“Hold reservations” can be made, but should be edited/cancelled as soon as finalized. If possible, make the reservation for the amount of time required rather than holding an entire day. If reservations of higher priority are made, hold reservations will need to be rescheduled/relocated.
